What's amusing( in a bad way) is that most fans could see the issues this team had and still currently has and jones and the front office are still trying to figure where they went wrong. You hired vogel, a defensive coach to work with ayton and hopefully get him to all-star form like he did with hibbert. Then you traded ayton ( the biggest reason vogel was hired as coach) aquired a bunch of wings when this team was already overloaded at the wing position. Traded paul for another wing( bradley beal) didn't stop to consider that all of the big three only played one way , as iso- scorers with the ball in their hands. Witnessed a lazy and lackadaisical attitude from the team all the way back in december and particularly from beal and booker. Went pretty much the entire season with no real pointguard to run the offense, get any of the big three in offensive rythm and position to score. Played everybody out of position where they got bullied by bigger and more physical players and then our older and more injury prone bench ran out of gas trying to keep up with the younger ,bigger , more athletic and more balanced teams. All they had to do to beat us was apply ball pressure( again, no pointguard) . Defend the perimeter( guard our jumpshooters( pretty much our only offense) and be physical until we just couldn't take it anymore. Budenholzer was a good hire and a better fit for our offense and he may actually have a real chance to change our culture. Having said that, if we don't make the necessary adjustments to this roster particularly the bench, this could be budenholzer's first season missing the playoffs.

I feel we’re hyping up Bud over the distain for Vogel. Reminds me of the whole DA/Nurk situation. Suns have a lot of problems and those guys were just scapegoats. Bud can say everything nice but guys who wanna hoop don’t want to be coached hard. This team needs a player they can lean on. 2021 suns had CP/Jae then the addition of McGee In 2022 brought another level. The fact that we are worried about if the big 3 will buy in is sad.

It would be a mistake to fire James if we don’t get the chip next season or the season after. The man is doing a great job. He’s clearly the brains of the front office, I mean look at the size of his head!

Corbin hasn't been able to hit the fastball above .200 since his injury mid-July last year. The only difference now is that other pitchers are exploiting it more heavily. It's public data and that nothing has changed in the off season has me worried the injury lingered.

Now we know why the Indiana Fever was picking first. They have a slow lazy team with a Center who is glued to the floor. They cannot run which 30% of CC passes is from beyond half court last year. She cannot throw passes to spots because her teammates cannot get to those spots. Saw something last night that I was anticipating before she was drafted. I thought the opponent would set up a defense that would make it impossible for CC to play against. Also her teammates would not pass it to her much of the game. They also would not screen for her. They would not fill the lanes on fast breaks for her. They trotted down the court.

CC Playing w a bunch of losers in Indiana is hard. Turdrasi should understand that.
